better ask some electrician to open the cluster & check the wiring.there is a chance that some rodent visited your vehicle cabin and chewed away the harness.

may be its the ignition switch. You described the typical symptoms.To confirm, next time when you rotate the key, try tapping the ignition barrel lightly.. If it starts with tapping, it's the ignition switch. if it doesn't, it maybe something else.
yes it might be possible.. because car is in the parking since last 10 days but before 3 days i used to start the car to check the battery at that time every thing was ok.
It could be because of weak battery,due to insufficient current any relay is not energizing properly and producing sound due to vibration.
