Mein 1988 toyota corolla lena chahta hn mein abbottabad mein rehta hn.. muje family k liye esi car chaye jo fuel economy aur power dono k hisaab se theek ho.. kuch doston k khyal hy 1300cc weak hy 15 ya 1600 cc lo..kiyun k hilly area hy lakin issi hilly area mein 800cc suzuki carry 8 admi Le k easily jati hy towards uphill to 1300cc car kiyun nhi ja sakti.. I must need experts help plz

Bhai sir na kahien ajeeb lagta hai For example :- 4efe pumps ~117nm torque and 4afe about ~145nm torque E90 weights about 1050kg now 4efe needs more paddle to carry this load then 4afe....... It directly effects the mileage. Also keep in mind that higher displacement engine have better mileage than lower displacement engine (but still driving style effects) in same car.Now in real 4efe gives about 8~9 km/l and 4afe gives about 11~13km/l

1988 is good. My cousin have it.. 1600 c.f. efi 4 cylinder engine.. I have driven it Muzaffarabad.. he is happy with fuel economy

@Hassan1991 Abi abi mene ek thread mein dekha ek admi 88 corolla ka 4afe engine change kar raha hy with 2c engine bcoz it's 88 original engine.. things like that make me confused.. I'm not a experienced driver bas nea nea kam hy samjha karein
88 ma original 4af aaya hai ae90 ma , 5af aaya hai ae91 ma , 2E aaya hai ee90 ma, 1c aaya hai ce90 ma, 2c aaya hai ce95 ma.Bhai diesel engine just have low end torque and good mileage but 2c is very heavy. 4afe/5afe is much better than 2c.

What is the fuel consumption of 5afe with auto trany?
Should be more then 10km/l depending driving style.

Bhai auto has less mileage in city then manual as per my observation.i can't say that mileage your getting is to worse....it's not soo bad not so good. Sorry i'm from lahore.
