Today, I got a bad really scratch on my Corolla 1.6 2016 on its front bumper while reversing from a narrowed steep porch, I accidentally went on the wrong direction to the side wall of the porch, went over it and reversed then I heard the scratching noise and that literally scratched my heart...

So, tomorrow I'm going for a touch-up, but this is my first time going to get something like touch-up done. I will be going to a local mechanic and not to the dealership (since it's very far from my place) therefore, I need some advice on what kind of things I should be aware of before going?
Do you think, the touch-up paint will hold up like the original one? Will it fade over time or sth?
Is there a reliable paint brand that I should be aware of? Please suggest.
Do you think that spraying clear coat is a must, or do mechanics spray such things without me asking/suggesting?
There are some other scratches that exist from a long time ago, that I would like to get some info about as well.
So there's deep scratch on my rear left the door, will this be gone with a touch-up paint?
