using water assures rust in radiator n all pipes...so y do ppl use water?
coolant isnt tht expensive...even normal coolant will do the jobn...change coolant every year n ur rad will b rust free......

Ok here is my way.

Put 2 Big Spoons of SURF Excel in ur cars radiator.

Drive for 1 whole day flush the water put new water. Drive for 1 day.

Take out Radiator.

buy any bathroom cleaning Taizab Easily available. now if its too strone mix 40 Taizab and 60 Water in a bottle and make sure ur wearing some gloves or avoid contact.

Now put that water on Radiator Fins from out side, Wait for 5 Mins.

Wash with high pressure but try not to damage the fins by too high pressure.

BTW this is a desi totka so risk apna apna

but 3rd time pani dala or accelerator dia to radiator ma thoray thoray surf k ya white particles a rhe ha is ko clean kese karon????
jab b drain karta hon water se phr dobara pipe laga k pani dalta hon to b surf k white particles a jate ha pata nai kaha se Help me ASAP.. Is waja se ma coolent nai daal raha..

radiator flush with soap?

its a really really tough job to get soap out of a cooling system, the only way I can see myself removing the soap is to disassemble the radiator connections and flush the engine backwards for half n hour and same with the radiator.

the only way to flush a rusty radiator/cooling system is to clean it with citric acid. Please keep in mind that if your system is heavily rusted due to years of neglect it may suddenly pop a dozen or so leaks.

to clean copper-brass radiators inside out of oxidation, rust etc., flush & remove the radiator and submerge it completely in commercial vinegar. let it set for 2/3 days, scrub it thoroughly with nylon brush before pulling it out from the vinegar. rinse thoroughly, fill/flush, fill/flush, fill/flush and assemble. viola, you're done

Service se phele b coolent dala wa tha.. service wale ne radiator service kar dia but cooling system ko bar bar flush nai kia or radiator open karte waqt porana wala coolent flush howa bus..

After radiator service us ne radiator wapsi laga dia or coolent with water mixture dala NASA ka.

Do din baad wese hi ma ne check karne k lia radiator cap hataya to dekha fully rust uper aye howi ha or pani niche ha..

Radiator service wala wash the coolong system with surf.. but how to clean properly.. pure water radiator ma nai a raha white white surf k particles a jate ha or kabi kabi green pani b.
