Will try and do a DIY that you are asking in my mehran just that it doesn't have a bottom nut in the radiator which would have made it a he'll lot easier. Anyway..

Remove Lower Hose Pipe....!!
Open Radiator Cap...And Put Pressurize Water From Top.....!
See And It Gets From Down Side Of Radiator
Then Also Put That Normal Pressure Water On Radiator And Clean Fins Thoroughly...
You Are Done..
Put Back Hose And Make Sure They Won't Leak....!!
Do It When Car Is Cold....Not Recommended On Hot Engines

Ok here is my way.

Put 2 Big Spoons of SURF Excel in ur cars radiator.

Drive for 1 whole day flush the water put new water. Drive for 1 day.

Take out Radiator.

buy any bathroom cleaning Taizab Easily available. now if its too strone mix 40 Taizab and 60 Water in a bottle and make sure ur wearing some gloves or avoid contact.

Now put that water on Radiator Fins from out side, Wait for 5 Mins.

Wash with high pressure but try not to damage the fins by too high pressure.

BTW this is a desi totka so risk apna apna

agreed with vaqas process but instead of Taizab i have used (MATTI KA TAAIL)

ya bro put 4 liters of tezaab in the engine, 3 liters in the gearbox and the rest in radiator, a liter in the windscreen bottle, everything will be clean, super clean

and with the remaining tezab wash your car thoroughly inside out, this way you ll get rid of all the rust too

r u serious abt surf? i think it wud damange the engine... the best way it to get anti rust clearner.. Remove Lower Hose Pipe, pore the anti rust from above and all the rust wud be drained out from bottem....

Guys, there is a product called "radiator cleaner". the instructions are on the label. Just a caveat, if your radiator is old / worn out, it may start leakinng. I suggest you get it done by a radiator wala.
