find a certified suzuki parts outlet, a 1S - they will be able to help you out, it has some legal paperwork attached to it but its quite simple.

The block will come preassembled with crank, rods and pistons and oil pump and be shrink wrapped. You will have to reuse your old parts like sump, head, ancillaries, water pump, timing drive, manifolds and wiring etc.

even 3s dealerships use kabli blocks for overheated vehicles while doing repairs

3s and 1s both have resources to get a new short block from the warehouse, problem is that customers dont like the price.

one of our distance relatives has factory who produce engine blocks and supply to suzuki.
last time when i met them they were making blocks for alto.
but they strictly work under paper agreements as per suzuki's provided specs and not allowed to sell or even give as a free sample to anyone.

best would be to contact 3S or shops on montogomery road like Tanveer autos who deals with suzuki's new parts.

Those places cannot sell to anyone, the shortblock I mentioned is sold as a genuine spare part from Suzuki only.

What is wrong with original block? If its not rusted beyond repair or cracked why not overhual your own engine?

Cultus was phased out in 2016 almost 9 years now I dont think even Pak suzuki will have a new g10b short block

Does Pakistan make engine blocks. I thought they are imported from japan wrapped in paper. & japeness didn’t give us transfer of technology

If the block is corroded at the deck face then its scrap. Usually happens when water is used instead of coolant.
