Go for City New
If you are silent reader, I assume that you dont change the cars too often.
City has decent interior and space, has a boot for your out station travel as well. It holds its price better than any other car in Pakistan (and there is a survey to support this claim on Pakwheels). New car is a new car. No headaches for 5 years.
It has better fuel economy compared to GLi.
The cons for City are:
- Same shape for the last 7 - 8 years
- Does not have airbags (as in Vitz / Aqua)
The main reason I would not recommend GLi is the high chance of theft. People even steal side mirrors etc for GLi. Not as economical as City and resale is also not as good as City.
Japanese cars have good features and they are fun to drive. But you dont drive much. Moreover, they dont have any boot space for you. Poor ground clearance will adversely impact even going around within city limits with passengers.
