Prices of Karachi are comparatively low compared to Islamabad. If you can find a clean car with known history then there is no harm in going 50k plus your initial budget. You will not regret it.

Yes you can find the 2004-2006 car in the budget of 600k +
But I would recommend taking your budget upto 700k and try your search from now. It will take some time finding a clean car in that price range but you will get it for sure.
