i start walking fast + its downward slope from my home
when i tried jogging b4 this regular walk,it was like,it created immense pain in the legs near foot area,so sit down,rest then jog then sit down rest lol
when i come back from walk then i do 2 exercises as mentioned by one of the member n crunches n then twister 
i tried walking in park but its so dark n boring out there,so i start from home,go to the f11 markaz,at its back,there's a round building n footpath along it,at back of rahat (lots of lights,guards,show room,gloria jeans so lots of cars n people + telenor office so times passes easily
),so i complete 7 rounds there n then back to home,usually takes around 50min,but now i have stopped looking at the time as this distance is my target
b4 this whenever i started gym,exercise etc eventually one day off broke the whole chain but luckily this time when i fell sick n missed one day i still continued it but now exams are coming in december :mad:
btw i am not getting much idea about plastic bag concept (A)
