these muscles arent possible without steroids,u can never develop such muscles even in a year
changed my walk timing 
did both of the yoga exercises which arent that difficult but the holding time is really hard esp when u have to breath in between,cobra style puts pressure on the back then
n u shape exercise puts pressure on thighs then
but no pain no gain 
at the end when both were done n it was last hold period in U shape,then while breathing i was feeling something on stomach,strange feeling
