I want to sell Bank Leased Wagon R "want to know the process"

Hello everyone, please pay your precious attention to this topic as i need solutions and i will be very thank full to all of you

i had purchased Wagon R VXL bank Leased Back in July 2017 i have paid all of the installments till date all of the payment total is 1064500 including 33 installments, Downpayment of 361500, Registration of 33000, Tax of 25000 now i have bought a toyota corolla and i am going to sell wagon R to one of my relatives who agrees to not to transfer this car on his name utill its cleared from bank he will pay remaining installments, i want to ask you guys that how much money should i ask him to pay and what will be the process

Basically its up to you to decide what u can take from your relative. Secondly, i have worked in a special asset department of a Bank where we used recover and also take recovery of a lease vehicles. This is a department in bank dealing in chronic defaults.
Anyways. My point here is that we have experience Cases in which the lessie sold vehicle to either his family member or to a third person and later those people couldnt pay the rest of the amount. Finally we used to reposses the vehicles and then we usd to approach the lessie. If the lessie was not available, we used to auction the vehicle, but we never used to give the vehicle back to the third party. No matter what happens, even if the third party is willing to clear amount orpay all dues and the respossion charges. Still we never used to give the vehicle back to the third party. Third party means anyone who has not taken leased vehicle from the Bank.. Only a person who the bank leased the vehicle was allowed and he was entertained by the bank..
