ground clearance is more or less the same. If you need an auto then i would go for prius. Aqua is a choti gari as compared to prius.

If you need to increase the road cclearance only then you may go for a little high tires.

yeah its already giving me a healty 24kmpl in city driving. i am working on this tik tik and will soon share some resolution to it. i have identified two of the sources, one is the driver door power windows panel, other is the back seat belt latch. i will open them and apply 3m just to act as a separator, it might work

Absolutely not!!!
Never do this as you have replaced the hybrid batteries already. Tik tik noise is common on bumpy roads. Even my brand new local car does that tik tik.

yes plastic quality is horrible in aqua there main focus is on fuel consumption in this segment so its there. tik tik noise from door and some part of dashboard is bearable but from boot side its horrible. experienced this in my car and many friends also.

Seriously i doubt that, Plastic quality is better than GLI/XLI and city.
I think you have Aqua L, as i have seen all other models Plastic quality is Excellent.

Aqua and Prius are great, but each car has its pro and cons, Used JdM can never be as reliable as a fairly new local production car. You do get more features but all you need is a steering wheel and acc/brakes when driving. Rest is just selling points and not realistic or practical except for bragging rights “meri gadi my hyprit hy” etc

I haven't enter in Honda fit so can't comment on that point.

If you want a Hybrid car, better import it yourself.

If buying locally pls make sure you buy atleast 4 Grade car with verifiable auction sheet.
If the auction sheet shows replaced parts (XX) they should be doors only.

Stay away from front and rear damaged vehicles.

Used JDM are very reliable cars if they meet the above criteria.

What happened if the batteries of Prius died completely ? i heard if the hybrid system stop working then you cannot turn on the engine. i expect if the batteries are died then prius should keep working on fuel without any issue. please reply, what you suggest about buying prius 2008 model

Finally i bought Toyota Aqua 2015 model 3.5 grade in 2.5 million. I am satisfied with the car, i has bigger tires with which i do not have any ground clearance issue. Average is 26km/l, and i got an automatic car with airbags and better drive comfort. rear seats leg room is on the lower side, but i am satisfied with my choice.

Firstly the batteries never die completely at once. The battery can have a few bad blocks meaning that some modules may be bad and can’t provide enough voltage for the whole battery pack to perform perfectly hence an error pops up. Furthermore, the modules are connected in series and if one module goes bad, the functionality of the whole pack is affected. It can be related to chain links like if one link in a chain goes bad that is it becomes weak due to rust or anything, then if you pull, it will only be strong enough as the weakest link... now if that happens in the battery, the vehicle continues to work fine but drops fuel average and the whole battery gets discharged quickly. The solution would be to replace the module or recondition it and then charge all cells to same level and put the battery pack but in Pakistan people don’t know such stuff and they just throw the whole battery away and buy new ones and put them in although you can easily buy these individual modules from scrap market as well as some local seller who has already reconditioned it. This way it’s much cheaper and reliable. For more information watch some YouTube videos on reconditioning of prius batteries and you will find it really helpful..Also the hybrid system is high voltage upto 240V and shouldn’t be messed with unless you know what you’re doing..

thanks for detailed answer. one of my relative was saying dont go for hybrid cars, once they are stop somewhere, you can start the engine unless you have good batteries.

That’s not true... I myself own a 2007 prius and it’s great. The only thing to worry about is water... never let water enter the trunk area no matter what.. if you have any uncovered holes, cover them up with something because water can lead to a short in the system and then there are plenty of risks and problems..
