Exactly; the same issue of freezing ice on pipes i had to face during long drives only; where the RPM was in between 2500 -3000 KMS. When i told them about my issue that number of times i have made a visit to HONDA DEALERSHIP and every time technicians say that we have filled the gas and it will not happen again, whereas my question to them that why its happening in a new car soon after 2 months, in response they quoted that so many cars had the same problem and we have fixed the gas and problem will not occur again but in my case it was repeated 3 times and finally it was solved Alhamdolilah.
At last; I shouted on them and then they seriously find out the corrective action during the final attempt and the actual problem got identified/traced (Lower discharge hose had a very very minute leakage resulting ice freezing on pipes after few (2-3) months usage). I wish you best of luck and make sure that once you get through the process then write down the detail of your showroom visit along with final solution.
