Posting after a very long time..
I have got a new Vehicle (Nissan Serena 2020), I have heard and seen videos of people registering their cars from home. I have tried too many ways but could reach the authorities via email phone etc... they numbers are either not reachable or they won't pick.
If somebody has done that recently, can you please guide me how to do that?
