If Aprilia then why not Kawasaki?

Since I've herd that Aprilia is gonna launching RS660 in Pakistan. Here my point is that if many other bike companies can launch their bikes in Pakistan then why we shouldn't give a chance to Kawasaki to introduce theirs as well even a Ninja 300 or Ninja ZX6R and/or their naked variations? Kawasakis were only exist for 2-strokes? Why? If Suzuki and Yamaha can convert their bikes into 4-stroke engine then why not Kawasakis? Why this company got neglected much if talking about local assemblings?

our consumer market is to small to attract big brands

Aprilia, Honda, Yamaha bhi bigger ones hain. aur yeh wo brands hain jo k moto gp mein bhi in k bikes aati hain. and obviously low cc machines se hi start honi hai specific state mein production like Aprilia brought it's first bike which is 600cc category. han agar ap heavy bikes ki waje se keh rahe ho to mein kahunga k Kawasaki atleast should reinstate as I explained by converting it to 4-strokes for 100 and above cc machines even like Yamaha YBR bikes. MG bhi bara brand hai, just like Enfield did by being Indian Brand after being British.

Years back a company launched 4 stroke bikes same as GTO 100cc, 110cc and 125cc means same in looks but 4 stroke (don't remember the brand name). Those bikes fail badly in market.
At present 2 strokes are only available in off-roads.
