Wiasay mein bhi abb LM ka hi sooch arha hoon . Any idea pridor mein kon sa use ho ga

2 grades are avilable LM racing 4t 20w50 mineral and 10w40 semi synthetic .Unfortunately 10w40 is not available due to low demand..I am using LM 20w50 in my CD-100 and am completely satisfied..Gear shifts are sooth and engine revs are smooth and silent.

Its kinda hard to believe. Couple of days ago I switched to liqui moly 20w-50 and I asked the shopkeeper about drain interval and he told me upto 3000km but even if it gets to 2000km it better value then havoline. So lets see what happens

Sir g agar 3000km tak chalta ha to chala do. Mene kabi experiment nai kia par 2000km pe b liqui moly jab me drain karta hu to slippery hota ha.

I emailed to Liqui Moly and their specialist replied:

"Drain the oil as prescribed by your Motorcycle vendor"

For CD-100 drain interval recommended by honda is 2k kms,,so in essence it depends on the ride's requirements..I drain it at 1.5k and it is still viscous like new.

I am using Kixx currently in my GS150 and satisfied with it. Costed me Rs 480/L.

I'm also using Kixx 4T in my GS too and cost me Rs. 400/L each time

LM is a german brand,has more than 50% of europe's lube marked..All lm products are packed in germany and imported here..Kixx is another conventional brand in collaboration woth GS-CALTEX..There is a huge difference in brand name and quality..I have used kixx aswell but its nowhere near LM racing 4T in terms of quality/performance.

well, LM is not available everywhere. And Kixx though doesn't have big price tag, but oil is really supreme quality.
I remeber draining the Havoline after 1000Km, and it felt like draining the water out.
Then i used Kixx, and i was about to drain it at 1000Km, but when i checked its condition, i was blown away, it was still viscous like new one. I couldn't convince myself to drain oil which was still in so good condition, so used it till 2000Km and drained it and hell it was still in better condition than Havoline drained at 1000Km. @vickytulla also have good experience with Kixx using it as generator lubricant.

I never found myself convinced to put LM in my bike as its like a mule designed to eat grass and work and I am offering it to eat "russian salad" and still commute me through data darbar and minar e Pakistan. yes if I had a high rev YZF or a ZZR then I would definatly have used LM ...

what I found in Kixx was its long standing against heat in its MA2 version and long useage in generator using GAS. it is surely not a racing oil but a very good one in a lower end class, another good oil was shell AX series...

Dear all, plz remember, that almost all paki brands looses their viscosities,when the engine got hot, the timing chain and clutch plates make noises, specially 100 cc. The speciality of LM20w50 is, it keeps the engine silent even after a 100 km run.(my experiment)
So, the discussion of grades is wasting of time(maazrat k saath)
