So, it worked in full screen mode. Finally now i change the video quality. However, there is something wrong with this so i will stick to BT Music i guess. Now, the sound is totally different on youtube vs BT music. I dont get any base and what not on youtube. Made a video on BT and youtube on same settings and same volume, but no point of posting here as you can hardly notice the difference in recorded video.

YouTube music quality is not good. U get much better quality from.usb. use.vidoder app to download YouTube videos.. quality ia excellent when played via usb then

No i have always used Youtube and it worked perfect until few weeks ago. Sometimes, yes it depends how old the video you are playing as older one wont have good quality, other than that it worked perfect and sound quality was as good as others, if not better.

The vendor does not give it to anyone or hosted it online. You have to contact them via dealership and their rep will fix place, time. They do it free of charge.

Updates are available for all, they never asked about warranty, I got three updates since 2018

I got a Grande in March last month, I am aware of the glitchy headunit, but since the car came back from first service, YouTube won't work.

It keeps saying error 404 network/ connection error.

Anyone else faced this issue? What is the remedy.

All other cars have working androids and youtube only problem with Corolla. Another friend also facing same issue in his Corolla and Civic.

Perhaps it is OS mismatch with You Tube APP.
as in after ios 12 update (google apps) as in You Tube App does not work over iPads., works under safari perfectly well.

test it in chrome you tube over browser.

It needs a software update. A friend had a similar issue it resolved with a software update from the dealership.

Better would be take an appointment before going.

I havnt had to time to get it done, with get it done in some time.

I am also facing the 404 issue on Q00 (1GB Ram variant) HU on Grande 2018
Found a person on YouTube who claims that he has the latest software update but he's asking 3k for the file which you'll have to install manually by connecting a USB.
After hearing the charges I thought I would get it done by the dealership. I've heard that they are doing it for free.
