I don't think 5 crore are enough for enjoying the best life & biz here in PK. Neither it is anything worth in other countries. AFAIK, a small apartment in UK costs 7.5 crore. So if you move to another country with just 5 crore, what do you plan to do? If you invest major chunk into business, and it doesn't work out, What will you do? You have a whole family with you to feed, they need place to live. If i am asking this question, i am sure immigration office can think of same(may be worse) questions as well. They certainly weigh out the risks and benefits before welcoming you.

In US there is no free medicare, people have to buy insurance. Unlike Canada, UK and Australia.

If you can invest half a million dollars in US then you get an E-2 visa and bring your family (spouse children) which then leads to green card.

Potential of growing your business in US is far greater than in any other country. Its not just about money but lifestyle and peace of mind.

Someone bringing half a million for investment will not just have half a million but more than that. That goes for any business, you put in whatever you can tolerate. Not to put all your eggs in one basket is the golden rule unless you are Elon Musk.
