better check upon with some customs clearing agent before somebody rob you of your money.

for clearance of a car imported under gift or baggage scheme the consignee ( relative of passport holder or person himself ) has to produce proof of money transfer to buy car from exporter / landing of foreign currency in Pakistan to process clearance for passport holder's relative / personal account.

Well said - imports are practically closed and not worth pursuing unless an expat relative / friend is willing to go through the new modified import procedure.
