yea I should.. I should even only use a very small part of the donor bike frame (IE only fork bearing thing that holds the vin). Custom bike I guess...thats if I move the parts. It was just an idea.
I dont think a chinese 250cc engine will make 33-36hp. The engine is probably 65-85lbs (40kg) Im guessing. A full engine rebuild kit is around $800 in parts alone (titanium valves, springs, forged piston, crank and little stuff) without labour. Forks and wheels and stuff might weight about the same.
I think I should just import 2 stroke motors from here to lahore. a CR500 2 stroke can push close to 90hp if race built and it only weighs like 30kg. 4 stroke motors weigh more to move by plane but then the 2 stroke race motors like the CR250, CR500 take soo much fuel.
