Hi, So I was looking to import my car to Pakistan its a 2013 mustang and I was curious to know if there is any way I can import the car to Pakistan? and also I want to know do I have to pay any sort of custom tax if the car has a different country registration plate and I drive it with another country plate? because I have seen many people driving with UK plates in Pakistan.

Any help will be appreciated.

You cant import old car to Pakistan ,You are only allowed 2018 to 2021 to import.

only 3 year old cars & 5 year old SUVs are allowed for EXPATs.

according to my research u can bring your personal car for temporary like 6 months i believe and then u need to ship it back without paying any tax or custom 200% charges

Sorry, no one cant import a car temporarily for personal usage, only Diplomats and UNHCR imports their brand new vehicles Duty Free for such time period then these vehicles after time got auctioned by Customs Pakistan
