Yes sir finally did it Always wanted to import a vehicle under gift scheme using all legal channels. The last strict SRO regarding compulsory encashment certificate made the legal way bit easier, learned a lot through out the whole process.

The invoice must contain the name of donee. In my case since my brother gifted us the vehicle, we mentioned the name of my younger brother to whom he has gifted the car.
