Importing Japanese used cars - Whats the catch?

Salam to everyone. I recently was told that it is possible to buy a used car from some Japanese dealers and have them ship it to Pakistan. And this whole procedure is cheaper than buying an equivalently featured car directly here is Pakistan. I would like someone to answer a few questions

1. Is this for new cars only or can used cars be imported as well?

2. Legal?

3. I Googled and found this website, where there are a lot of dealers posting ads for their cars. These were quite cheap. I feel like I'm missing something, a 2010 Honda Civic WITH shipping can't possibly be this cheap? https://www.tradecarview.com/used_car/japan%20car/honda/civic/15857826/

5. Finally, has anyone you know tried this? Importing used cars from Japan. Are there physical offices of these dealers (1 dealer with offices here and in japan, which we can go to for information).

Yes you can import Japanese cars.
No, it's not necessary the imported car be less expensive than ones available here.
Price depends on grade of the car being imported.
Different grades different problems for example : small dents to major accidental cars.
According to Law of Pakistan only 3 years old cars are allowed to be imported. @sharabhi is the used Japanese car dealer here, a very trusted person. @capsat can provide you more info on Shahzeb.
At the end you are only calculating the price of car and shipping cost. The actual price includes price of car, shipping cost, custom charges, agent charges, registration cost etc.
