Well the car didn't went on fire on its own. It was involved in some sort of crash. The undercarriage battery got punctured by some sort of foreign object. The occupants were safe. Like wise Ferrari, Lexus and even Mercedes cars went on fire after an accident.. And in some cases just by its own( not being in accident even )

Mostly in case of lambo n if u remember first few pieces of 458 italia caught fire
It was due to some fluid leak
