mazam01 you need engine of a rare breed its a unicorn of engines... loved by road master owners and lusty for chinese sigma/shelby bike owners due to its Super bikes like roar...

1- It wont be cheap minimum rate these days for a good engine is 70~80k ( dead engines can be found on 50~35kbracket as well)
2 - It may not or may be need new rings and clutch plate (both locally available)
3 - they are not very high speed engines
4 - they have vibrations unless fitted by professional (more labor expenses)
5 - requires geniune CDI and carb for real power
if non geniune parts used engine will die soon

2) now if some one brings it as a luggage (in 2 Pieces) at airport, now 2 questions arises
a) if its being scanned, then the person has to pay import duty. how much would it be
b) if the person comes out of air port without scanning, now since in order to drive, a person need to have import duty Document to Register it. again how much will it cost.
3) what document will be requires to show the proof of ownership of Engine.

1 - One cannot import used engine its not allowed and will be confiscated.
2 - It will be scanned and confiscated, custom duty they ker sirf tab clear hota hay jab import kiya jaye on Auto Import liscense , wo bhi sirf brand new .
3 - GD1 and GD-II are mandatory as a proof of engine as it is imported and that you own it and will be required when you put it inside a bike, then it will have to be produced in front of registration authority so thay can make your bike legal in documnts as well.

2) Now one of Pak wheel user has arranged the Nighthawk Engine and installed it on the bike, how he managed to do that?
3) Also in your first Post you mentioned the prices of the Nighthawk engine, how someone would be able to manage the engine to import (Good Condition or Dead), since they are used?
4) should I wait for the market to cool down a bit to afford the Night Hawk Engine 250CC in good Condition?
5) I only found one GD Form are they more then 1?

3 - Hawk engines are smuggles as spare parts hidden in metal scrap containers and sold in scrap markets unky rates hain
4 - Market is not going to cool down soon as more and more chinese crap is comming in and dying soon and will look for more japanese options
5) yes they depend on N.O.I in container.

Deluxe will have to go under heavy mods.. this is how I fitted it..

for point number two you can talk over the fone... not a short story but a doable task...

1) now I am good with Engine, now need to get some Answers on motorcycle import.
2) how to import a Motorcycle from Abroad.
a) cost of shipment from abroad.
b) Custom Duty on motorcycle (New / 3 Years Used)
c) Sales Tax, VAT, RD
d) what other duties can be imposed.
e) any other thing I am missing
f) Documents needed for import (new / used Motorcycle)
....
