Inappropriate Attitude with Customers at DFSK-Prince Peshawar

Today we came especially from kohat to peshawar Prince showroom for maintenance purpose of our glory 580 Pro. The owner of that showroom extensively misbehaved with us. At first he was giving cold replies but then he actually started going beyond the limits. I started making a video to get his behaviour on the record and to expose how unprofessionally these people behave. He snatched my phone and started abusing and wasn't returning the phone. Which escalated the matter even more. The owner was constantly degrading us and he said he doesn't care about the customers, in a very inappropriate language and manner. This is no way to deal with customers and this matter must be put forward to the upper management of DFSK Prince to keep a check on their employees. I won't recommend anyone to come to Prince Peshawar showroom located on ring road.

Please give a detailed account of what actually escalated the matter?

I mean, what was the problem with which you had approached the dealership? A routine maintenance issue was supposed to be addressed by the dealership staff. What made the owner jump in and start misbehaving with you?

The staff said that the first three maintenance services are free from the company so you can have your payment back because by that time we had already payed. The owner was there and we were just asking him about if we can get our many back. The owner started misbehaving at that point in time.

If first three maintenance are free as a company policy then the dealership can't charge you for that. You should write to the company and lodge dealership's complaint by attaching the bill's copy (if you haven't done already).
