AOA, my inbox automatically gt empty, ive loads of old msgs how can i get them back? Mods pls help!

I did can only see my inbox via iphone not through laptop what could be the problem

wahab bhai i can only see my inbox via phone not through laptop, its says ur inbox is empty

Please read footnote 1 in post #12 of topic #230468. There are 2 ways to access (via desktop PC, have not checked on mobile site) your messages and one shows your messages and the other doesn't.

EDIT1: Apparently same/similar problem has been faced by others. Look in topic #236111. Could not add this info there as that thread is closed.
