Recently some buyer conducted pakwheels inspection of my car honda civic 1.8 2017-18 model and they pointed out engine of this car driven only 24,000km blows. Now how they check is that when you open oil cap while car is start, small amount of oil blows from cap and there conclusion was that engine blows.
Now I checked that in detailed from dealership, and other experts they say, in engine there are Rocker arms and pistons, when they moves, oil spits on top of engine if oil cap is open, while if engine blows, then white smokes/steam is build and that smoke comes out..this is standard in civic with strong engine life.
So the point is that pakwheels inspection team has very basic and limited knowledge about car engines and they mint money for no reason.
