So, I'm taking this business course online at an international university. It asks us how indirect real estate investment is done in my country. Generally, it is done through a syndicate, a limited partnership, and a real estate investment trust (REIT). I am wondering if anyone knows how indirect real state investment is done in Pakistan? I have searched online but didn't find anything concrete.
Any help from anyone from the real estate industry or anyone aware of how it is done here will be very much appreciated.
