I think it's time to move to Mr. Iqbal Shahid at Car Tech. Once in my car some years ago, there was chronic oil leakage issue from Distributor seal Leakage which is common one in Cultus old models, Literally i spent thousand of rupees & went to multiple mechanics in addition to wastage of my time & hard earned money, even went to Irshad at Jamil Autos too but problem remained there but then on advice by @capsat here at pakwheels, paid visit to him and he solved it Luckily
