Check with this guy... He has the right equipments for. E.g timing gun, torque wrench etc.. I am not sure about the OBD1 scanner though... hopefully He will help you out... He is a trusted fellow...
Else, if you don't find a obd1 scanner, there are obd2 to obd1 adapters available...

Bro i found a mechanic which had timing gun with him. Now i cant fix the ac idle issue.Idle rpm stays at 800 but when i turn on ac idle constantly goss up and down 100 rpm difference.Changed ac idle up sensor. What could be the problem?
It is a vaccum leak... Ask your AC tech to check for vaccum leaks to and from the engine and the AC....
So i got it checked today. No vacuum leaks and changed iacv sensor even though it was working before also. Whenever i set to rpm to 950 it automatically goes down to 800 after some kms. What seems to be the issue?
How much ac idle up sensor cost u and from where u got it
Bro got it from tariq road. It sells for 2000 1800. I got it for 2500 which was like brand new one, not even a scratch on it.
How you set rpm to 950? No need to adjust screw on throttle body. Let the ecu adjust the rpm.
Even if set at 950 or 900rpm it goes back go 800rpm after some kms. I raised it because when i put it on d rpms drops to 300 400 but i cant seem to fix this problem. Even changed the IACV sensor and idle up sensor.
Service throttle body and change the spark plugs if they r worn-out.use ngk g power plugs.
From where in Karachi, did you find that timing gun?
Yes when I visited Irshad at Jamil Autos, he did not have timing gun that time almost a year ago

Take the iacv connector off. And see where rpm goes. You already adjusted the screw many times. Your problem is more related to transmission wiring.
