Info about 4age 20 valve

running on CNG for 5 days and 2 days on hioctane with performance is possible however it will be a hassle. As u need to change the intake for petrol performance.
I will strongly recommend to run it on hi octane all of the time.

the main problem is
i made my mind up for a 4age
i did all about the money needed for it well my grandad did
i convineced my self that this is the engine you need
i made the arangments for the 4age from @karakorarm
most importently i convined my father about this thts the most important thing
now i was only w8 for eid to pass by

thinking of a 4efte is not a bad idea too. y not opt for it? keep it in stock condition, enjoy the spool, outrun many cars and don't give a damn to HOBC.

daikho..a man wishes for a lot of things in life, it is not always necessary that he gets all of them according to his desires..practically bhe socho..you can feed it cng..okay..but you wont enjoy the actual fun it could provide and the engine life would be at stake too..but at the end of the day..a man's got to do what he's got to do!..goodluck..keep us posted!

nah...turbo cant run on cng...u have to remove the turbo..while running on cng...!!
here is gud news for u..dat 4efte dnt need any cng...

very very true ali bhai.plus its more powerfull then others in its category,
@last_look bro u could also use an octane booster with every 21liters of petrol.this way u can get high rate of octanes.
but its recommended that u go for 7afe and if u need a bit of performance go ahead for na setup.
if not in high octane u need to run 4age on petrol only and better if u use octane booster or high octane twice a week to keep it alive.its the minimum OXYGEN life line for 4age to live ,beyond this line consequences have already been discussed.

just came back had a smal chat with my father he say we cant run it on petrol so cng is it you guys
and yeah if he agrees to petrol then 4efte it is if not its either 7afe or 4age 20 valve

if you have properly wired up your 4AGE complete with circuit opening relay and main relays - you will have no problems in starting and running..

to achieve proper octane rating for this engine, you need to mix 40% HOBC with 60% regular.. and for the love of GOD do not use plain water in the cooling system, the 20 valve head has tiny crevices for coolant flow - using water clogs them with rust and you have hot spots which induce knock at which time the ECU retards timing very quickly. (hence everyone suggests to use HOBC) which is not a fuel in the first place its a blending component

Use genuine toyota pink coolant after fully washing the inside of the cooling system, fill it with a 50/50 mixture - the thermostat should be in place and do remember to connect up the cooling fan terminal on the ECU.. This tells the ECU if the fan is operating - if it doesnt get a signal your performance will be limited..

4efte...no turbo a daily runner....will drink petrol like hell..when u coming from CNg consumption cars

to be honest ..if you have 2 to 3000 per month for engine maintenance then you can have it.....
