if some Peshawar members remember a 2 door red corolla parked in deans parking 2-3 years back
it belonged to my friend had a sliver top on CNG it had good mileage on CNG but pick wise still better then a 4AFE on petrol
i still remember it had CNG pipe with intake not ur every day CNG mechanic can do it

both can run on cng,both r naturally aspirated engines,i gave u the hp figures on the above post,if your willing to get a 110hp engine,ynot get a 4afe then?milage will b better than 1 .8 7afe

@ali3611 bro which octane booster u used?i remmember i saw stp octance booster at hyperstar.it says 1 bottle to be used with 21liters of petrol. we did it on friends h22a1. got 20liters of regukar petrol from cavalry ground pump ,it didnt knock and did felt pretty much noticeable power in 1st 3 gears.car was NA

20v On CNG Is a Pure Death.... If It Never went pass 5k...... You are No where getting power.....!!
Its Better to have 7afe in place of 4age if you need to run on CNG.....!!
Just only High CR Can't add to performance ..there are so many other things involved and on CNG....every engine is like a dumb as no use of ECU....!!
If You Want To Use 20v BT On HOBC.....then you won't regret...believe me ......!
the reason i am saying is i swap one myself and i agreed with xulfi that if you wired it up perfectly with each sensor hooked up to ecu and all signals going to ecu...there's no way a 4age specially 20v BT will disappoint you
Get 5 speed tranny.....and i won't recommend a 4AGE On CNG.....!! its a useless try and waste of pure performance thing and money....!!

Nopes - this engine has vacuum generating issues - as there is no plenum in the inlet manifold - even the brake servo requires two signal lines with one way valves - as connecting them both messes up the pull signal (on AFM and MAP) depending on what engine..

the only way CNG will run on this is engine is that if you get the port injected CNG setup with its own ECU and make a new sandwich plate for the injectors - but you would somehow need a fuelling map for this CNG fuelling unit.
