There are some private leasing companies which provide new/used cars (2002-2017) on easy installments on the following terms & conditions:
Down payment 20 %
Mark up 20 %
3 to 7 years installments period.
min. 2 guarantees are required.

Try any bank for leasing a car. At least there will no fear of any kind of fraud. I know many people who have signed up for leasing vehicles but none of them got their leasing other than respective banks.

Try Jahingir Road, some car showrooms will hook you up with a leasing plan associated with any banks.

Alvinaz leasing doesn't seem reliable, if they were, I would have at least seen one person leasing a car through the company. Mind you! This company has been posting ads for more than 2 years.

If you are curious, go and visit them (but not alone, take your friends or someone working in any banks) and take information but don't make any deal unless you and people accompanying your visit are convinced and satisfied.

Problem is that the Banks don't lease the cars more than 8 years old. i was interested in 2005/6 Lancer 1.3 GLX. What if they receive 20% down payment from you and hand over the car to you except the ownership which is transferred after completion of the lease period?

They are trusted and they have website also alvinaz.com BUT the issue is that they dont respond on phone.
I just dont like this issue else they are fine to trurst and to deal if you are resident of Karachi.

Brother, none of the companies that offering cars in 15 days, 1-7 year installment plan & etc, are genuine. They all are scammers. What they do is, they offer you any car of your choice, and take downpayment. Give you 15 days for the verification of your documents from Nadra and other depts. Than they keep you waiting waiting and waiting, and after 3 months, they return all of your money without any deduction. So the question is, what they basically are doing? They roll the money took from you in market for investment purpose, make their profits with your money, and return you your amount after 3 months. Remember, you are NOT the only one who is giving them money as down payment, they collect huge amounts, roll them in market, and return after making enough profits.
In order to maintain their genuinity, one in a million is a person whom they really give car in 15 days. That is only "garebi" for a customer. Thats it.
Never ever give them any money. The best idea is nothing but an islamic car financing from any bank of your choice. There are NO other companies around which will give you old used cars on installments, not even alvinaz.
