Need advice of fellow members regarding 2-3 day trip from Islamabad to 2 possible directions.I will be travelling with my wife and 6 month old kid. Initially I wanted to go to NARAN but since it has just opened, is very cold, and most of the things are either inaccessible or under snow. Discussed situation with some other PW members who have been to Naran recently, so its off the grid for now.
1. Swat
Went to Swat in my childhood and remember it as a very beautiful place.
Queries. What is the condition of Road till kalam?
2. Hunza
Is it even possible? Just for Hunza I can stretch the trip to 4 days.
Please note, starting time from ISB is about 4-5 pm.
Need your help to formulate this trip.
Pls recommend stopover points and hotels for night stay along with rates. Pls also inform if there are any ARMY or PAF facilities in these areas as I can stay there easily.
