AOA, Only option is mansehra, besham, Kamila, dasu , pattan, chilas, gilgit and hunza very hectic and bone break journey especially for female but after enter into hunza all kinds of tiredness will goes off

Budget is more than sufficient in these days, absolutely off season, so especially hotel rates are very much low, so don't worry about it
Don't drive in one go your first overnight stay should at bisham next day hunza, you can easily drive rout is quit safe, this rout remains open all year
Bad patches between dassu and raikot bridge which is around 150km

My dear brother murree and nathia Gali roads like motor way but kkh is in worst condition, deep patches, uneven on many places, I told you earlier this could be a bone break journey
