Hi 2008 model ki cultus ki original file ghum ho gay hai lekin current owner aur uska bio metric mojood hai agar wo buy kr k apnay naam pr transfer krwani ho to kya seen hai?
i think the current owner will have to get a "duplicate" file issued first through excise department, which of course will dent the car's resale value : ( sadly !
