Information regarding plot in karachi

My father has a plot in karachi in Rufi Global City near super highway adjacent to toll plaza. Its size is 240square yards n its west open. I need to know wats its current market value. If anyone can guide me in this regard it is highly appreciated

Bhai go and check physically, Qabza mafia in those areas is very active now days.

I have personaly talked to rufi builders plot is v much intact. Secondly it is covered by boundary wall. So far no qabza mafia. But i am not in city so going their is not an option.
