WaAlikum salaam,
1- there are two routes to khai gala (junction of toli peer and banjosa) one is through kohala-dirkot-rawalakot-khaigala other is kahuta-rawalakot-khaigala. Recommended to go through kahuta as roads are bad but short.
2- motorbikes can go right up to tolipeer and banjosa without trekking.
3- tolipeer resembles mushkapuri top with good surrounding views but no picnic point infact banjosa is a picnic point and place to stay.
4- carry a puncture kit and nothing important and there are shops, restaurants, mechanics and Tyre ships all throughout the road till banjosa.
5- 4 hours to rawalakot and another 1.5 to banjosa and 2 hours to tolipeer from rawalakot all with breaks. You can plan your days accordingly.
6- tolipeer does not have any hotel at the top but there are some on the way. banjosa has only one on the lake side.
7- I don't think much snow now as much days have passed since last snow. But some patches of ice expected where sun does not shine.
