Installation of A/c in Cuore
Kindly give me advise which Brand of A/c installed in my Coure-2009
which doesnot OverLoad the car's 847 c.c. Engine.

I have CL CNG Model (without a/c)

CX ECO is AC + CNG
CX is AC
CL is nothing

I think Senden AC puts less load on engine.... Wait for senior members replies....

a mitsubishi compressor with sanden/success brand hardware works nice, the little compressor does not load up the engine heavily.

A good A/C shop would be able to fabricate nice pipes for your car.

Be sure that you have a very powerful cooling fan for the condenser - the original one is not that good - and because the mitsubishi compressor is tiny - cooling performance will drop drastically if heat is not sucked out from the condenser quickly

you go for a sucess AC unit , cheap and works good , you can say kam kharach bala nashee , instead of buying kabli/old ac you batter go for chinese brand

If you can judge a good part in scrap then piecing together a system works beautiful.

OTOH a chinese originated Success unit is also good, but the cooling fan for the condenser that comes with the success kit is complete garbage, scrap, fizool

First two pictures of Sanden Compressor Model SD5H09 Labelled Made in Japan But actually this is Chinese one.

Condenser is Unbranded but Imported

Original Evaporator is not available in market
A4 Model available in market but not in original size they have cut and adjusted in proper place
I have buy a original evaporator second hand in good condition

Original Thermostat is also costly around Rs.3,500/-
I buy a Punjab Made which is around Rs.1,100/- specification as same as original
Manual also available which is Rs.350/- only

A/c Gas filter, Pipes include in this package.

Cooling in good condition but not comparable to Indus Motors.

This whole package cost me Rs.17,500/-

thats the 100% same condencer which comes with mehran , its after market which wont comes along with proper brackets , any how , how is the cooling and engine load ?

ok herez what i understand between two condensor types, the serpentine type is that which has once continous tube running through lengh of condensor and multiflow will have multiple tubles from left to right or top to bottom, earlier one just like fridge condensor, one long tube going here and there, plz correct me if i am wrong, and what sorta condensor is suitable to replace in a 1300cc honda city?

and another related query, what is the amount of lube oil in AC system of same car??

MFC will be always better and if you can find a good Japanese one that will be much better. Not only it cools the gas better also puts less load on compressor.

R134 not as good as the old R12 when it comes to cooling and also the R134 is not an easy gas to cool down as compare to R12. Reason why we see people using R134 in new systems is bcoz its environment friendly.
