Asslam o Alaikum friends,Here i am uploading the pictures of 2JZ-FE engine installed in Stavic(Sangyong) with original 5 forward Automatic transmission. The acceleration is perfect and no major alteration done. The fuel average is also good. It cost only Rs. 165000/- which includes Engine, Auto Trany, Complete wirring with ECU and little machine work(Alteration in mountings).
Please let me know about your expert opinions here or you may call me for your ideas.

most probably the glow plugs broke in the cylinder head and probably the diesel injection system went out of sync. Only a handful of people in Pakistan can actually diagnose and repair the delphi diesel control system equipped on the MB engine this vehicle originally had.
Also, the price of Diesel is scaring away people!
the running cost of the original MB engine and this toyota engine are exactly the same, unless the guy is opting for CNG whose future is already bleak.
So Sad for me as You Removed MB engine, As Mr.Xulfiqar Said about delphi diesel system.
Mr.Junaid May I know that what made your mind to change the engine,what was the problem with Original engine? what was the fuel average before and what is the CC of your present engine.
I agree that diesel price is more but If you will run on petrol then diesel could give you more mileage and almost expense could be same in the year end.(But more Torque when you go murree trip)
is there any 2JZ-FE? should be 2JZ-GE. i think this is the same van i saw for sale in F-10 with Baloch sahab.
one can see the incorrect battery model used in this van, and it explains the owner's approach to "repairs"
The chap couldnt afford its original design battery and used an incorrect one, same with the engine I guarantee, it must have been subjected to such cheap approaches too
