i have a 55kg faber cylinder in my car's trunk, its been there for last 10 years and is still going good, verified by HDIP ppl. Without any condensate oil in the cylinder, it takes around 9kg cng...

hey Guys what the cure for RPM fluctuation.....? As i have installed CNG and average is super and pick is like petrol but RPM fluctuates.....
I have 2010 Corolla here i know debate is going on for City but i guess both have electronic accelator so solution will be the same...

I havnt tried this so its just a theory as of yet....

Put ecu into diagnostic mode. it will keep everything stable itself and wont 'learn' anything.
Do the cng setting to attain same idle rpm for cng as it is on petrol.

that way the idle settings should remain same for cng as well as petol...

again, just theoretical. havnt tried it.

Inform about cylinder weight and this weight effect on vehicle shocks/suspension.
secondly inform about how much gas (in kg's) come in 55 kg cylinder and 60 kg cylinder (full with 200 PSI pressure, no over pressure). which cylinder is better Faber or any one weight-wise and how much is weight difference?

Well I am not sure about the exact weight but this is what I did with my CITY. I measured the exact height before installing the Cylinder and after the cylinder got installed I bought spacers and adjusted the height according the the stock height, It really worked for me and I drove allot and recently I went to Lahore on Motorway and my speed was like 120 to 140 sometimes 160 and still the grip was awesome. So you can go ahead with any cylinder but I would prefer to go with 55kg cyl

I have heard from many Corolla 2010 owners that they faced the RPM issue after installing the CNG. What is the mileage at the moment??? Mine is almost 30k and still the RPM is stable just like I am running on petrol.

Then another question rise, how much you spend for spacer+fitting and after spacer, suspension become hard and on normal road there is DIG DIG sound.Is it feasible to install faber cylinder on extra cost for faber (around 6000-8000) where-as weight reduce only 10% and no spacer required.
Also inform current on M2 consumption?

Hi Freind! My car is driven 9k so far and only 400 kms on gas....
Toyota people have solve my RPM problem... I dont find out exactly what the have done but they change some settings for Advancer. in my car STAP 300 is installed.. now its giving me awsome average around 175 Plus Km in 55 cylinder.. But my most drive is on Islamabad Express Way so the average was going great mashahAllah..

Dr sahab, no dig dig sound or anything related to suspension in my CITY. Everything is so stable. Those spacer will cost you roughly Rs 600 to 1000. ITs upto to you if you want to go with faber or the regular one. I believe you will still require spacers if you use Faber. If your CITY is being used as a family car so oftenly then go for spacers else if you drive it alone mostly then drive it without spacers. Up to you now

Mine is a family car so cant take risk without spacers.

Hmm frankly speaking I didn't get a chance to calculate the mileage on Motorway as we were friends and were chilling out so never got a chance to put an eye on mileage thingy. Though I was driving it on 120, 140 sometimes 160km on CNG.

You are right at primary level calculation, if you used common sense I am asking for difference of weight between 60 & 55 cylinders.

my dear bro that 60 or 55 is not the weight of the cylinder. It's actually 55L or 60L define as the amount of water which an empty cylinder can keep.. I.e a 55L cylinder can carry 55 liters of water when it's empty..
A 50L cylinder can weight around 48 kg. So Dr. Kazim 55L and 60L can have a difference of 6 to 7 kg..
