Cultus steering is not bad beleive me my charade's steering was all fine but it was soo hard on some days that even trucks steering will be soft.

Levin if we put more oil than recomended what are the side effects? also do you have any idea of getting Air out of power steering system?

these days, electronic assisted steerings are being fitted.....they are much light weighed and fit in 2-3 hours and perform well.....i myself removed the regular hydraulic power steering from my charade and got the electronically powered one which is working well for past 2 years

Sufian i need more details. Can you tell me from where you got the steering and of which car is it?

Also which model of charade you got and total expense?

sorry guys, didnt come back to the thread for long.........i sure will post some pics, i've put in the electronic steering of Diahatsu Mira and it fitted in really nicely......however, the electrician who fitted mine also adds power-assisted steering in almost all cars. I've seen him put the steering in cultus, alto, mehran, khyber etc. The cost for the upgrade ..... you can get it for around 10-15 K depending on the car........
