Installing cruise control on Vitz 2015

Hi everyone
People have already worked on this but somehow I could not reach to any conclusion.
Can someone please verify that JDM vitz 3rd gen are pre-wired for cruise control or not? Please support your answer with logic.

It is not pre wired. I installed cruise control stick but cruise control light does not turn on when on off button is pressed.
