Installing Earth breaker and circuit breakers in Home Main Supply

Hi!
I am installing earth breaker and circuit breakers in my home. But i dont know which breakers to buy and of what capacity should i go for. Any one can guide please?

I will ask my friend electrician. He will tell me and i'll explain. Earth breaker is something if any wall has current inside and if wet can shock or electrocute someone. Earth breaker will stop all the current. It is safe. But problematic if after rainy season u don't know which wall has current and it continuously stops or falls down and we have to manually pull it up. But i'll ask again.

That happens when you have a low grade/old wiring or an old home - or both.
