So for starting the thread i wrote the things that were performed about a month ago.
I changed the bent pipe, intake manifold(Lota), carb, throttle cable, air filter and the plastic insulator which comes between the carburetor and bent pipe.
Now the problem with milage has gone and it is far better now.
With the euro 2 carb it gave me around 15 17km per litre but with the non euro one it gave me aboyt 50 54 km per litre.
Niw the main problem arises over here.
The bike runs smoothly on high speed and on low speed not a single misfire or backfire.
However the problem is with the idling.
It just wont stay running on idle for sometime.
RPM constantly fluctuates on idle and it eventually dies.
I have tried cleaning the carb with 7cf injector cleaner again and again.
I cleaned the carburetor clear on its first wash before fitting it in the bike.
i am fed up of this thing as i always warm up my bike every morning for 10 15 minutes.
But it just dies after couple of seconds.
I will attach the pictures of the carb.
I have cleaned its jets completely.
They are clean and clear without any type of buildup in them, there was some buildup of varnish or stuff like that but i cleaned it metal bristle brush and carb cleaner.
what i think is that there is something wrong with the idling system like something in blocking the idling system in the pipeline after the air screw.
I tried to insert a thick copper wick in the passage and it came out of the other side without any difficulty.
I perform everything at home.
So and advice regarding taking it to mechanic would not be appreciated.
