Suprisingly, most of the people who replied told the OP to commit insurance fraud by lieing or other various methods. Is this who we are, for real?

So be honest and do not claim insurance by using someone else name/license.

Well very sad to know about your brand new car's accident..
I will suggest you to park the car till it gets registered and u get insurance process fully done.
One thing more.. Damage those parts which have been hitted and has got scratches.
Break the bumper fully. Otherwise they will again fit it and will repaint it.
Same as with doors. Leave one door which has lesser scratches than other. destroy the 2nd one in such a way that it may not be able to get repaired. Same as with fender. This will not reduce the value of your car much when you will be selling it.
And don't tell insurance company that you were driving the car. Coz u don't have a license.

And get new parts fitted on your car.

There is nothing wrong in it , At the time of deal(Insurance) you don't have license , but insurance company agreed to provide u insurance facility,So there is nothing wrong at u end

Well this is the most Absurd thing i have ever heard. A company like Adamjee, settling around 10,000 motor claims a year would be doing something like this. (I don't work for Adamjee btw). Legally speaking our poster was NOT supposed to be driving w/o a licence. Now he must have mentioned that he was driving at the time of the accident to the call center operator and his statement must have been recorded. No use lying and trying to cover up things.
Be a man, accept your mistake and then take the heat for it.

1. Do not tell them you were driving. Instead tell them that your driver was driving.
2. Wait for the papers.
3. Do not drive unregistered car. (Some insurance companies deny the claim, if car is stolen unregistered)
4. As soon as you receive your papers go for the claim.
   (Below suggestion is from a car dealer, not from me)
   One other thing, as you said it's a major accident. I am assuming your car's value will depreciate in the future. Which is not good in case of a new car. So my suggestion is that throw your car somewhere in the village, report it stolen and you will receive 100% of the car value amount back. This way you can buy a new car again and insure it again.

What you are suggesting is ILLEGAL, if the guy does this and gets caught he will be jailed for insurance fraud for at-least 10 YEARS... your type of mentality is exactly what has made Pakistan what it is today a failure.

The point is a) you ARE insured b) You do not have a license so your clain would be invalid... so if you use license of someone else that is theft and insurance fraud... if you can go and buy a car worth more than a million ruppee's and you can't spend 2-5,000 to get you license made then you deserve to pay this on your own.

i am in fact willing to pay for driving license and soon i will have one but for the time being i need it.

I am in Insurance business and happen to have some experiance as well. I am not negating your experiance, but if its happening somewhere then its some corrupt insurance professional involved with some workshop. It is not the policy of any professionaly run insurance company. Just my 2 cents.

offcourse i know this stuff
car is unregistered coz of the late invoice.
i m not underage to drive.
it is matter of days untill i have a learner license.
i was driving very carefully and in very slow speed in city.
i know the worth of a human life.

if licensed driver kill anyone due to carelessness why he dont get penalty?
