Insurance repair advice

So this Qingqi pilot hit my city prosmatec white early morning just on the edge of left front and the dent extended to left rear door mainly.Anyways,what now?Insurance claim to go for repair from honda ?I think replacement of rear door would be better but would insurance company oblige?Your advise please

this is a very minor hit. you will be approved for repair and paint and this way you will not be paying any depreciation on parts and whole job will be done for free for you. choose dealership.

And lastly,i,v a near by suzuki services avlbl only in this city.i can claim re imbursements.Any ideas for giving honda car to suzuki repairs??

i am in insurance sector and its a very common practice for cars to get re-painted again and again due to accidents. who will drive a brand new car with accidented door just because of fear of 'repaint'. lets get out of the fear of 'log kya kahen ge' - it has already done wonders in ruining our lives in many other sectors too. go ahead and enjoy your beautiful asset in tip top condition. regarding your second query,you can contact your insurance company if they allow such reimbursement thing.

No need for door change...it can be fixed properly.if done professionally. Anyways.. never go for part change unless its literally destroyed. Seals can be detected in a minute. Btw resale will have no impact due to shown dent.

And here comes a new question.New Yokohama Earth tyres worth 18k (frt 2).Today the driver gave me a jolt that the front left had a knife cut and the puncture shop told it was severe and will try to repair.Big shock to the budget.Would insurance claim provide me yokohama replacement??They use to do it for company fitted euros.

Yes insurance will give tyre provided it is damaged in accident or in some other incident.

If the tyre is aftermarket and the same was installed at time of initial survey of car (when insurance initiated) then it can be claimable. But insurance claim of tyre is entertained only when there is an accident or impact involved

Ok.So got another scratch on the above given door picture.In contact with insurance and about to get job done from honda lhr/gujranwala.But one friend advised me to go for baked paint.Reason being the resale value.He says baked paint is done without “puteen” and thus “thak thak” checking will be ok for a resale.I have a trip to khi for some days and he suggested me “Burney Autos”.What is your advise guys.Should i go for baked paint from Burney autos khi and would the insurance company favor me for that.
