your rotors will fit for sure, i did something similar once and i later found out that the suspension is the same for all our models (US/UK/JP & Pk). Just make sure your rims are big enough to clear the new disc/caliper setup (make sure your offset/ET is right).

you can get headers here as well for your SOHC D15 so if you are not too sure you shouldn't take the risk. surprisingly the ones here also have the 4-2-1 setup (unlike the old ones which were 4-1. you can use a new factory gasket since they are pretty good as well.

Pretty muvch anythign is available but it's just a matter of looking for it (and not getting ripped off)

@storm - thanks, I did some research this morning and all above list will work with 1.5/1.6 sohc, but i was not sure about the AEM rotors, but if u r sure then i am all set, and I have already bought all that stuff, all I need is a turbo kit, thinking to get it from PAK or maybe Dubai. GREAT....

the suspension and brakes on the 99+ models is exactly the same for the Pk models but the 96 had drums on the rear but the fronts (dics) are the same. You shouldn't have any issues.

as for turbos over here you'll generally find 2nd hand garbage from charades and pajeros so you should look for a supplier in the UAE or something (maybe @RacerF1 & @RacerF2 can help you).

If you are fitting a turbo then there is no point getting an intake manifold since the turbo will require its own design of manifold (4-1), you'll be spending money twice for no reason.

you will not be able to get real AEM stuff here,... they are all replicas (and not very good ones at that). When i built my civic i did just what you did and people couldn't believe that i sent so much money on the build. they were all like "yaar i have the same parts in my car",... LOL!!! jokers!!

BTW are you fitting a cam and some form of spark booster?

come to think of it why not just try to ebay all of your stuff and go for a B16a conversion here? it'll work out cheaper i think & you'll have a better starting point for future mods.

@storm - This is just a brotherhood project for me - yaar I am doing this for only 3.5 months of my stay in PAK then i will hand over to my brother and he's not familiar with mods, so I think I am gonna stick with D15, I think it will produce good output because of all good US parts, I will show u before EID. thinking of Orange + Black color scheme.
