Regarding Your Disconnecting O2 Thing So If You Even Have Used Piggybacks....You May Have Know What I Am Talking About.....If You Know How The ECU Reverts Back If They Continuously Get Feedback From ECU.....Even The Piggybacks Fails And Reverts Back Just Like Hameed's Device Did.....!

So Unless You Cut That Feedback ......There's No way You Can Tune Your AFR's Other Than Either Chipping ECU's Like In HONDA'sIf Possible Of Make It The Other WAY....

the topic creator's device does not work because he has his o2 enabled and at the same time he wants to trim the fuel values in closed loop which is only possible if you disable closed loop and run open loop all the time unplugging, chipping eating tofees and buttering are all off topic b.s

Guess no one sees my post, if you wish your fuel saving gadget to work you need to disable the o2 sensor from the ecu if you cant figure out how to, then throw this device end of story

how will the ecu give o2 code when you have disabled it lol

@VCheng i tune cars so I know how things work if you disable the o2 from the ecu only then you can tune the closed loop otherwise the ecu will revert back to the stoichiometric value it is set to..I am sorry but I guess you misunderstood my post I never said to remove o2 I said to disable o2 from the rom/code

i am yet to see a positive comment from this avg bloke here......he sound soo un easy in his conversations

Sir i have a simple question 4 u, if OBDII WB O2 sensor runs in such a tight feedback loop then y the performance changes by upgrading free flow intake /Exhaust system?? y fuel quality make difference?
U know what in control systems if O/P is fully dependent on feedback sensor then such variations/disturbance (free flow intake/ exhaust) can?t make any difference because the ECU will recalibrate itself.

Y the fuel consumption changes after removing catalytic converter??
I hav seen people who change OEM injectors with aftermarket high flow rate injectors just for performance/racing.

1- Dear Hameed Bhai, this is a good effort, but I think instead of trimming the injectors and disabling the O2 sensor you should offset the O2 sensor signal.
2- which micro controller you are using in this project?

Dear asad you had not tuned it well i saw the total injection time it was min 2.67 ms and max 3.0 ms as per service & repair manual's we had the injection time of 2sz-fe ranges from 2.0 ms to 2.5 ms on idling so the monitor show's you had some thing wrong. ECU is still holding the injection time at 3.0 ms than is wrong and according to our calculation you are wasting 28% of your fuel at idl and also at WOT position.
